Our Story
Our first development came to life in April 2011 and we’ve been building beautiful homes ever since. Manor Farm is our biggest development to date and a sign of things to come.
We use local trades and suppliers when possible so the money invested in our developments stays within the local economy. We design our homes around the needs of our future homeowners, ensuring that when we hand over the keys our customers are over the moon.
As a small, independent developer we feel it’s incredibly important to go the extra mile and offer that little bit more.

Marcus Allon
Managing Director
Born in Hull with a background in the bingo industry, Marcus decided to make a big change and follow his passion for property development.
Many years later and numerous successful builds under his belt, he understands exactly what homeowners are looking for.
He now lives near Hornsea with his lovely wife and their dog Casper.
Lizzie Jackson
Estate Agent
Lizzie has been working with Allon Homes since our first development seven years ago in Nafferton.
She knows everything about our homes, especially as she bought one of the first ones we built!! She will be your first point of contact for viewings, reservations, and general enquiries about our homes.
Michéle Wraith
Interior Designer
With over 20 years’ experience in interior design, you know you’re in good hands when you sit down and discuss what would look great in your home with Michéle.
She set up her company – An Eye for Design – to help people and companies create truly unique and inspiring interiors.
Chris Gayles
Site Manager
Chris Gayles is our Site Manage and has over thirty years’ experience. He oversees your home being built, checking to make sure the work is done to his exacting standard.
In his spare time Chris enjoys watching his son play football and is an ardent Liverpool fan.
Casper Allon
Pawject Manager
Casper likes to meet everyone on site and snap up any food might be laying around (he assumes it must be for him!) You'll usually find him asleep on the job but he pounces into action at the mention of treats or tummy rubs. He takes security very seriously and has been known to lick people into submission.
